Netmany Yazılım ve Teknoloji ("Netmany", "we") values the privacy of your personal data in connection with the software licenses and related services offered via netmany.com (the "Site"). This policy explains which data we process and for what purposes, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Data processed. Name, company/title, e-mail, phone, billing/address details; order and payment records; technical data related to Site use (IP, browser, cookie data).

Purposes. Account creation and management; order, contract and invoicing processes; license generation, delivery and support; fulfilment of legal obligations; requested notifications.

Transfer. For payment, your data is shared with the payment institution iyzico (İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), with the authorized e-invoice integrator for billing, and with competent authorities only where legally required. Your card details are never stored by us; payments are processed through iyzico's secure infrastructure.

Cookies. The Site uses session and preference cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser; disabling essential cookies may affect some features.

Retention. Data is retained for the periods required by law and our legitimate interests, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
